While sticking to an anti-inflammatory diet, I have learned to play by the rules or pay for your pain. To stay on track with my diet, I find it easiest to keep a list of good foods, bad foods, and foods ok in moderation stuck to to the side of my fridge. If I am in doubt, I can consult the fridge before making a bad decision.
I finally decided to upgrade my hand written list into a google document because it is easy to make adjustments and I can color coordinate my list.

Green represents good foods.

Yellow marks foods ok in moderation.

Red are foods that should be avoided.

(I know advanced right?)

The best thing about an electronic food list is that I can share it with you! Here is the link to my google doc.
